Most people are familiar with pop astrology that forecasts a daily reading for each sun sign such as Aries, Taurus, Gemini... for entertainment purposes only. Then there is predictive astrology that most people are also familiar with. But astrology is a very ancient and complex study and it can be used for many different purposes including looking at cultural changes, national trends, political outcomes, astrocartogrophy to find the best place to live, and more. Astrology is based on the premise, as above so below, the law of correspondence, and the holographic universe.

Evolutionary and psychological astrology focuses on the growth and evolution of the soul and living a fulfilling life as a human. By blending it with depth psychology (specifically Carl Jung’s archetypes), humanistic, and transpersonal psychology we seek to help clients live meaningful lives that are spiritually and materially abundant. The themes, highlights, and the tone of the Cosmic Story is established at birth on behalf of the soul. Its premise is that we each come with a unique curriculum consisting of certain abilities and gifts, lessons to learn, experiences to have, healing to do, achievements we can realize, and karmic/ancestral imprints to work through. While the Cosmic Story is established at birth, it is not a fixed journey or destination. It is a queue of possibilities and it is through our choices and our actions that we can activate opportunities, step on landmines, learn profound and deep lessons, and experience the full range of life experiences that are available to us.

Of course, Earth school is not easy and astrology, as we use it, it is a tool that helps the human align to the soul's intent and better navigate their human life. The goal is to seize more opportunities, facilitate more healing, avoid unnecessary landmines and hardcore lessons. It's fair to say that having a map helps but ... as they say ... the map is not the territory.

In TLDS, we focus on the specific aspect of our blueprint and Cosmic Story that speaks to our talent constellation, our capacity to learn to trust and co-create with the Divine, and also how we contribute to others through our gifts and talents as we move through the different seasons of our life.

When I work one-on-one with clients, there is a cognitive and mentoring part of the session and then there is a customized hypnosis part of the session that is recorded for them to listen to several times to reinforce the session benefits.

With the TLDS introductory program, we curate several pillar hypnotic journeys that support the content for each of the three weeks. These audios are to be listened in a quiet safe place with the eyes close and are less than 20 minutes each. We recommend listening to each one at least three times in a week but the more you listen, the better.

The hypnotic state is a natural state and we go into it several times a day. Advertisers know how to take advantage of this natural state. The algorithm makes sure that we are exposed to repetitive messages that shape our perceptions, beliefs, and captures our attention. This is not used for the good of the consumer but for the good of the social media platforms and advertisers.

But with hypnotherapy, we use the hypnotic state to introduce positive suggestions that support the changes you want to create. By calming the mind and relaxing the body, the carefully designed positive suggestions gently rewire the mind in terms of beliefs, assumptions, expectations, and feelings.
